Very easy recipe. You can substitute fresh rosemary for dried and use any size chicken breast you prefer, just recalculate the calories.

Recipe Ingredients for Rosemary Chicken

16 ounce raw chicken breasts, meat only
1 tsp butter
1 tsp olive oil
4 garlic cloves
1/2 tsp dried rosemary
1/2 cup fat free chicken broth

Recipe Directions for Rosemary Chicken

  1. Season chicken with salt and pepper. In a large nonstick skillet, heat butter and oil over medium heat. Add garlic cloves (more if you love garlic) and cook 2 minutes, without browning. Add chicken and cook, turning, until lightly browned, about 10 minutes.

  2. Sprinkle with rosemary; add chicken broth (or add 1/4 c. white wine & 1/4 c. broth). Cover and cook over low heat, turning once, 30 minutes, until tender.

  3. Serve chicken and pour remaining pan juices over chicken.
