Recipe Ingredients for Rosemary chicken with Artichokes

2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp rosemary
28 oz artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
2 tbsp lemon juice

Recipe Directions for Rosemary chicken with Artichokes

  1. If you are making bulgur wheat, start that first. Cut chicken breast into 1 inch pieces.

  2. Heat the oil over medium high heat in large skillet. Add chicken and rosemary and saute' it, tossing frequently, until the chicken is no longer pink, 8 -10 minutes.

  3. Reduce the heat to medium, add the artichokes and lemon juice, heat it through. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 days before serving.
