Recipe Ingredients for Rosemary Cashew Chicken

1 1/2 pounds chicken breast, boneless
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
1/3 cup orange juice concentrate
1 teaspoon rosemary, dried
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 tablespoon flour
3 tablespoon water
1/2 cup cashews, chopped

Recipe Directions for Rosemary Cashew Chicken

  1. Place chicken in 3 qt slow cooker. Combine onion, orange juice, rosemary, saltand cayenne and pour over chicken. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours. or until thermometer reads 170 degrees. Remove the chicken and keep warm

  2. In saucepan combine flour and water until smooth.

  3. stir in cooking juices. Bring to boil and cook and stir for 2 min or until thickened. Stir in cashews. Pour over chicken and serve with cooked noodles
