Boneless pork chops, breaded, seared and then baked.

Recipe Ingredients for Rosemary Baked Pork Chops

2 tbsp olive oil
4 pork chops, boneless
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup bread crumbs, seasoned
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tsp rosemary, crushed
2 tbsp butter
3/4 cup water
1 tsp chicken bouillon
1/4 cup white wine
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp rosemary, crushed

Recipe Directions for Rosemary Baked Pork Chops

  1. Heat olive oil in pan over medium heat. Dredge chops through flour, then egg and then through bread crumbs. Reserve remaining flour.

  2. Cook chops in pan until golden brown on all sides. Remove chops from pan and place in baking dish. Sprinkle with 1 tsp rosemary. Cover and bake at 350 for 45 to 60 minutes.

  3. To make sauce: melt butter over medium heat. Whisk in remaining flour and cook for 1 minute. Mix together water, bouillon, and white wine. Slowly add liquids to pan, whisking constantly. When all incorporated add spices. Cook, stirring constantly until thickened. Serve over chops.
