16 oz Bushs Best Dark Red Kidney Beans
1/2 cup Bushs Best Light Red Kidney Beans
12 oz Organic Tomatoes
14 1/2 oz Original Diced Tomatoes
16 oz Beef, Ground, 95% Lean Meat / 5% Fat, Crumbles
1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Green
1 pepper Peppers, Jalapeno
1 pepper Pepper, Serrano
8 ounce Mushrooms, Portabella
1 large Onions
35 grams Hot Chili Seasoning
2 tbsp chopped Chives

Recipe Directions for RootBeerKing's Home-made Spicy Chili

  1. Brown ground beef with chopped onions.

  2. Once the beef is browned, add package of seasoning to ground beef.

  3. Place chopped veggies in large pot, along with cans of tomatoes, and beans(drain and wash beans first) then add beef and onion mixture. Simmer on medium heat until veggies are cooked, stirring occasionally.
