4 cup Rutabaga
3 medium White Onion
6 7 inch long Carrots
2 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
1 tbsp Minced Garlic
3 tbsp Butter
1/4 tsp Kosher Salt
1 dash Pepper, Black

slice thinly all vegetables layer in pattern melt butter with garlic and spices pour over cover with foil bake at 400 until tender
