1 cup sweet potato
1 cup chopped parsnip
26 baby carrots
4 cups stock
1/2 cup chopped onion

Recipe Directions for Root Veggie Soup

Chop vegetables and bring to boil in stock. Allow to simmer until soft. Puree. Enjoy.
