It's so delicious and creamy, it tastes like there's a lot of butter in it, but there's none!

Recipe Ingredients for Root Vegetable Mix

1 lb. yam
1 lb. butternut squash
1 lb. potato
1/4 c. water

Recipe Directions for Root Vegetable Mix

Stab the veggies a few times with a fork and bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours. Then scoop the flesh out and into a food processor (don't use the seeds from the butternut squash). Add the water and blend until smooth. (It's really a babyfood recipe but it tastes so delicious, it's become a family favorite!)
