Recipe Ingredients for root vegetable mash

1.5 cup (1" pieces) Cauliflower
1.5 cup, cubes Turnips
2 clove Garlic
3 cup Chicken Stock
1 tsp Salt

Recipe Directions for root vegetable mash

  1. chop and peel the turnips and cauliflower. crush the garlic.

  2. add vegetables to pot and cover with chicken stock. cook until vegetables soften.

  3. drain vegetables keeping some chicken stock to add to mash. mash with butter and cheese (optional) and add chicken stock as needed.
