These deviled eggs have no relish, but rather the pickle brine for the flavor! Makes 24 halves. 2 halves per serving.

Recipe Ingredients for Roo's Dilly Deviled Eggs

12 Egg, Whole
4 tbsp Salad Dressing, Mayonnaise Type, Regular
1 tsp Classic Dijon Mustard
1/2 tsp. prepared horseradish
1/2 oz Pickles
3/4 tsp. dill weed, dried
1 tsp Sea Salt
1 tsp Pepper, Black
1 tsp Paprika

Recipe Directions for Roo's Dilly Deviled Eggs

Place room temp. eggs into a large pot and fill with water, only to just covering the eggs. Bring eggs/water just to a boil; cover and remove from heat. Let sit for 17 min..; then promptly imerse eggs into ice water to stop the cooking process. (so yolk don't overcook and turn green). Once cool, peel eggs, discard shells. Cut eggs in half, place yolk into large bowl. Place whites on a plate. Add all ingredients: mayo, dijon, horseradish, 1 Tbsp pickle BRINE, dill, salt & pepper (not paprika) to yolks and "mush" with a fork until smooth. Spoon or pipe creamy yolk mixture into each egg half. Sprinkle paprika over filled eggs. (Could also add a touch of fresh dill for garnish) Chill until ready to serve.
