Ron's Hummus Recipe

Nice dip for cucumber, celery or other fresh veggie slices or sticks

Recipe Ingredients for Ron's hummus

1 c chickpeas
1/3 c raw tahini
2 t liquid smoke
2 T garlic powder
1 T olive oil
1 T paprika
1 T chili powder

Recipe Directions for Ron's hummus

  1. Rinse chickpeas and let set, covered with water over night

  2. Boil chickpeas til soft-several hours

  3. Place chickpeas, raw tahini and seasonings in a blender. Add a little water if too thick.

  4. Place in a sealed container and refrigerate.
