Ridiculously simple way to make beef and noodles. You have to go to the store and buy a 1 pound beef roast (could be 1.5 pound) You must have noodles or the other ingredients also, but the hard part is buying the beef since it means going all the way to the store. can't jsut pull a beef roast out of the pantry

Recipe Ingredients for Rommy's Dumb Guy Beef and Noodles

1 pound roast beef
1 onion
1 cup water
4 cups egg noodles

Recipe Directions for Rommy's Dumb Guy Beef and Noodles

  1. Peel Onion

  2. Slice Onion and put slices on bottom of Crock Pot

  3. Heat Skillet to Medium heat and sear beef on all sides

  4. Cut up Beef into cubes and put in crock Pot

  5. Add bay leaf and any seasoning (salt,pepper, etc)

  6. Pour in half or all the water

  7. Cook 4 hours on High or have fun and cook 6 hours on low

  8. Cook Noodles as directed on pack of noodles

  9. Drain Noodles

  10. Add Noodles to crock Pot

  11. Stir

  12. Dish up and eat

  13. Yum..Yum

  14. Someone has to clean the crock pot when you are finished
