Recipe Ingredients for romanian panettone

1 kg flour
5 eggs
500 ml milk
350 g sugar
120 g butter
17 g yeast
250 g walnut
100 g cream, (fluid)
100 g chocolate

Recipe Directions for romanian panettone

  1. mix the flour, eggs in a large bowl

  2. mix the yeast, 1tbsp flour, a little warm milk and 1tsp sugar. when homogenous add to the flour.

  3. melt the sugar in warm milk together with the butter.

  4. add the milk slowly while mixing. add more or less depending on the batter.

  5. cover it , place it in a warm place and let it rise until it's 2-3 times the original size.

  6. melt the chocolate in the fluid cream and and the walnuts.

  7. when the dough is ready divide it in 2 or 3 .

  8. roll it with a rolling pin. spread the walnut mix on top and roll. place it in a form.

  9. bake at 180 for 30-40 min.
