Hearts of Romaine with walnuts & mandarin oranges

Recipe Ingredients for Romaine Walnut Salad

12 oz Organic Romaine Heart Leaves
2 oz Black Walnuts, rough chop
6 oz Tomatoes
3 tbsp Olive Oil
1 cup No Sugar Added Mandarin Oranges
2 fl oz Orange Juice

Recipe Directions for Romaine Walnut Salad

  1. Wash then chop romaine hearts into bite size pieces - drain and dry with paper towels

  2. Add olive oil and orange juice into blender and process on high speed

  3. In a large bowl, drizzle half of the dressing on the romaine and toss. Add the remaining dressing and toss again

  4. Place on salad plates and garnish with tomatoes halves, walnuts and mandarin oranges.

  5. If desired, top with orange zest
