Recipe Ingredients for Romaine Salad with Lemon-Parmesan Dressing

1 tablespoons grated fresh Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 garlic clove, halved
4 cups romaine lettuce
3 sun-dried tomatoes

Recipe Directions for Romaine Salad with Lemon-Parmesan Dressing

  1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a small bowl, stirring with a whisk.

  2. Rub garlic halves on the inside of a salad bowl; discard. Add lettuce and tomatoes to bowl. Drizzle with dressing, tossing well to coat.
