I use the Citrus Poppy Seed Viaigrett on this.

Recipe Ingredients for Romain & Fruit Salad

8 cups romaine lettuce (torn takes about 2/3 head))
1 cup honeydew melon (cubed)
1 cup cantaloupe (cubed)
1 cup strawberries (halved)

Recipe Directions for Romain & Fruit Salad

  1. In a large serving bowl, combine all salad ingredients; toss to mix. Pour dressing over sald; toss to coat.

  2. Can prepare the day before.

  3. Prepare the sald ingredients and vinaigrette a day ahead and frigereate then sparatedly until serving time. Before tossing the sald together, drain off any accumulated juices. Whisk the vinaigrette dressing before tossing it with salad.

  4. makes 10 1 cup servings. I have it counted as 5 because it is my full lunch meal.
