Recipe Ingredients for Rolls with cottage cheese (curd)

250 gram flour, white
250 gram margarine
250 gram cottage cheese, dry (curd)
1 egg

Recipe Directions for Rolls with cottage cheese (curd)

  1. Mix all ingredients until the dough is firm and leave it in the fridge for overnight or 6 hours.

  2. Roll it out ith a rolling pin to one third of an inch thich. Use flour for not to have the dough stick.

  3. Use a smaller glass to cut out circle shapes and make little piles. Put baking paper into a tray and put the piles onto it.

  4. Smear beaten up egg on the top and sprinkle with sesame seed, or any seed you fancy. Bake it for 20 minutes.
