Recipe Ingredients for Rolled Up Pancakes

0.75 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
4 large Egg, White
2 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
0.5 tsp Salt, Table
0.5 tbsp Vegetable Oil

Recipe Directions for Rolled Up Pancakes

Mix dry ingredients. Blend in oil & milk until smooth. Add eggs and blend again. Griddle med hot -- spread very thin and flip when side is done. serve rolled up with lemon & powdered sugar or jam.
