Hearty stick to the ribs breakfast! Great on a cold winter morning or any season. I eat it six mornings a week. Easy and fast to fix while getting ready for work.

Recipe Ingredients for Rolled Oats and Berries

1/2 cup dry rolled oats
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 tbsp ground flax seed
1 tsp maple syrup

Recipe Directions for Rolled Oats and Berries

Add 1 cup water to 1/2 cup rolled oats and bring to boil over medium heat. Reduce heat and simmer until it reaches desired thickness. Stir in frozen berries until thawed and warmed. Pour into a bowl, add flax and maple syrup. Serve hot.
