Recipe Ingredients for Rolled oat cookies - no fat

1 banana
1/2 cup pure maple syrup
1 tbsp vanilla
3/4 cup oat flour
1/4 cup raw sugar
2 cups rolled oats
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
6 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips

Recipe Directions for Rolled oat cookies - no fat

  1. preheat oven 350 degrees

  2. mash banana with fork in large mixing bowl

  3. add maple syrup and vanilla, mix well

  4. add oat flour, sugar, oats, salt, baking soda and baking powder

  5. mix until well blended

  6. add chocolate chips

  7. scoop small amount onto an aluminum foil-covered baking sheet

  8. bake 7-10 minutes, depending on size
