Makes 21 servings



1.5" biscuits -- great for dinner or w/ jam in the morning. We use a small juice glass to cut them out.

Recipe Ingredients for Rolled Biscuits

1 3/4 c flour
3/4 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp canola oil
6 oz plain yogurt, fat free

Recipe Directions for Rolled Biscuits

  1. Preheat oven to 450

  2. mix all ingredients together lightly

  3. knead lightly for 30 seconds on floured board

  4. pat to 1/4" thick

  5. cut in rounds

  6. Bake 10-12 min
