Crepe like pancakes that are super yummy!

Recipe Ingredients for Roll Ups

1 cup flour
1 1/2 cup low fat milk
4 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt

Recipe Directions for Roll Ups

  1. beat all ingredients until it has the consistancy of cream.

  2. Pan must be very hot.

  3. Spray hot pan with PAM then add 1/4 cup batter and coat the bottom of the pan.

  4. Cook for 30 seconds then carefully flip and cook the other side.

  5. Pour maple syrup on thin pancake and "roll up".
