Thin crepe pancake for breakfast or anytime as a desert or appetizer. Pancake can be rolled around any filling you choose. We generally use cinnamon and sugar/Splenda mix.

Recipe Ingredients for Roll-up Pancakes

1 egg
1 cup flour
1 cup milk
1 tsp oil
1 tsp sugar
1 pinch Salt

Recipe Directions for Roll-up Pancakes

  1. Mix all ingredients together with a Wisk.

  2. Batter will be thin.

  3. Melt small amount of margarine in saute pan (just enough to keep the pancakes from sticking. This is not necessary if the pan is non-stick)

  4. Place a scant 1/4 cup of the batter into the pan

  5. Tilt the pan from side to side until the batter makes a thin coating on the bottom of the pan.

  6. Brown pancake on both sides.

  7. Butter pancake and add your choice of sugar, cinnamon/sugar, jam, syrup etc

  8. Roll pancake up and enjoy.

  9. NOTE: Nutrition facts do not include filling or topping.
