3 cup flour
3 cup 2% milk
3 eggs
1/2 cup icing sugar

Recipe Directions for Roll Up Pancakes

  1. Mix flour and sugar together. Add salt if desired

  2. Whisk together eggs and milk

  3. add wet to dry and whisk until smooth.

  4. Using a non stick pan, cook at medium heat.
