Recipe Ingredients for Rod's Bok Choy Kimche

1 1/2 lbs bok choy
1 1/2 c leek
1/2 c red pepper flakes
1/4 c sesame seeds
1/4 c rice vinegar
1/4 c sesame oil
1/2 c garlic
2 T salt

Recipe Directions for Rod's Bok Choy Kimche

  1. clean and slice bok choy 1 inch peices

  2. slice leeks fine

  3. salt veggies

  4. let sit while you prepare other ingredients

  5. chop garlic finely

  6. mix oil, vinegar, pepper flakes and seeds into garlic till forms paste

  7. layer veggies into bowl and top with paste

  8. alternate till all is in

  9. seal and let combine 1 day
