Recipe Ingredients for rockin' yellow squash

1 yellow squash
1 onion
3 garlic cloves
1 lb. mushrooms
1/4 c. lime juice
1/4 c. chicken stock
1 green pepper

Recipe Directions for rockin' yellow squash

heat skillet with pam, add onions and garlic. heat for 5 minutes on medium heat. add chopped mushrooms, pepper,squash,lime juice, stock salt and pepper to taste.bring to boil. simmer for 20 mins. serve over pasta, as a side dish or over spaghetti squash.
