Recipe Ingredients for Rockin Morcoccan chicken

1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 lb chicken breast
32 ounces Garbanzo Beans Chickpeas Drained and Rinsed
3 green onions
1 red bell pepper
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup chopped parsley
4 tablespoons olive oil

Recipe Directions for Rockin Morcoccan chicken

Combine cumin and chili powder in a plastic bag. Add cubed chicken and shake to coat. Heat 1tablespoon oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add Chicken; cook 5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink, stirring frequently. Take off heat & set aside to cool. Combine remaining ingredients mixing well together. Stir in chicken. Top with plain yogurt or sour cream if desired.
