Recipe Ingredients for Rockin' Jamaican Punk Curry

4 cups fat-free chicken broth
2 lb chicken breast
1/2 cup cider vinegar
8 cups water
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp ginger root
2 cups fresh chives
2 large chayote
4 cups yam
3 tbsp whole wheat flour
3 tbsp olive oil
4 tbsp curry powder

Recipe Directions for Rockin' Jamaican Punk Curry

Chop Veges and Chicken into bite size pieces. Saute chives, ginger and curry in olive oil. Add chicken, saute. Add veges and water (boiling) and broth (Graces Cock Soup). Bring to boil. Stir flour with enough water to make a roue, add to pot. Simmer until veges are soft. Add red pepper flakes for extra spice. Taste better 2nd day.
