Recipe Ingredients for rockin' greek pies

1 lb lean ground beef
1 onion
2 garlic clove
3 1/2 oz. feta cheese, reduced fat
1 lb. spinach
1 salt and pepper

Recipe Directions for rockin' greek pies

  1. chop garlic and onion , add to hot skillet and brown on medium for 5 minutes.

  2. in another skillet, brown beef, add salt and pepper, combine garlic and onion with beef.

  3. heat spinach until wilted, turn off heat and add feta cheese. combine all ingredients together.

  4. serve with warm rolls.
