1 small Onions
0.75 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
1 clove Garlic
3 serving Coarse Kosher Salt
1 slice (1 oz) Cheddar Cheese
2 1tsp Olive Oil

saute garlic onion and mushrooms in olive oil add spinach salt and pepper. add 6 pre-beat eggs. cook 5 minutes flip or just scramble
