Recipe Ingredients for Rocco's Fettuccini Alfredo

1 tbsp Butter
3 clove Garlic
0.67 tbsp Corn Starch
0.75 cup Organic Chicken Broth
168.8 grams Greek Yogurt
3 serving Healthy harvest whole grain extra wide noodles
0.75 cup Spinach
0.5 cup Parmesan, Grated Cheese

Recipe Directions for Rocco's Fettuccini Alfredo

  1. Cook pasta. Melt butter in sauce pan, add garlic and cook 2 minutes. Combine cornstarch ad nutmeg and whisk in chx broth. Pour into saute pan, raise the heat and bring sauce to simmer. Whisk in 1/2 C cheese until melted. Remove pan from heat. Whisk in yogurt. Add thawed and wringed out spinach. Toss pasta with sauce, season with salt and pepper, and top pasta with remaining cheese.

  2. Note: If it's too thick add more chicken broth to thin.

  3. Top with Feta instead, and grilled chicken breast.
