Recipe Ingredients for Robyn's Tomato Tortellini Soup

1/2 lb ground turkey breast
1 T Italian seasoned bread crumbs
1/8 tsp ground sage
1/8 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp salt
3 cups chicken broth
4 serving (14.5 oz, 1 can) Italian-seasoned diced tomatoes
8 oz tomato sauce
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup chopped carrots
1/2 medium onion
4 1/2 oz. tortellini

Recipe Directions for Robyn's Tomato Tortellini Soup

  1. Heat oven to 400. Combine turkey, bread crumbs, sage, pepper, and salt--form into small meatballs. Bake for 12 minutes, or until browned.

  2. Combine broth, tomatoes, tomato sauce, celery, carrots, onion, and dry tortellini. Boil, then reduce heat and cook until veggies are soft and pasta is done.

  3. Add meatballs and serve.
