This is my fairly spicy chili recipe (With Beans), this is a low sodium version since I'm trying to cut down on my sodium intake.

Recipe Ingredients for Rob's Two Alarm Chili

15.5 oz Beans
15.5 oz Black Beans
15.5 oz Kidney Beans
15.5 oz Kidney Beans
15.5 oz Pinto Beans
8 serving Juice Cocktail
500 grams Beef, Ground, 80% Lean Meat / 20% Fat, Crumbles
9 tsp Chili Powder
4 serving Table Salt
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
2 cloves, raw Garlic
10 grams Jalapeno Slices
0.5 tsp Spices Crushed Red Peppers

Recipe Directions for Rob's Two Alarm Chili

  1. Dice Onion, Garlic, and Jalapeno.

  2. Brown Ground Beef and Add Onion half way through and cook until translucent.

  3. Add Vegetable Juice, Beans, and Spices.

  4. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to simmer. Simmer for about 30 minutes which should be enough time to make corn bread or get your antacids ready.
