Very easy to make hummus. Very tasty too!

Recipe Ingredients for Rob's Roasted Garlic and Shallot Hummus

32 oz chickpeas
3/4 cup tahini
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 1/2 tbsp salt
6 cloves garlic
3/4 cup shallots

Recipe Directions for Rob's Roasted Garlic and Shallot Hummus

Pan roast the garlic and shallots. Drain chickpeas but save juice and set aside. When finished roasting add all ingredients into a food processor and process until smooth. If hummus is too thick you can add more lemon juice or some of the juice from the chickpeas.
