Recipe Ingredients for Rob's Leek and Potato Soup

6 cups water
6 chicken boullion cubes
6 leeks, chopped
1 medium onion chopped
4 medium potatoes, chopped
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 cup 1% milk

Recipe Directions for Rob's Leek and Potato Soup

  1. Dissolve bouliion in water. Add leeks, onion and potatoes. Boil for 30 minutes

  2. Run through blender

  3. Return to pot and add milk or light cream. Stir and heat through. Makes 8-9 cups total.
