2 tablespoons olive oil

  1. mix flour & grated parm

  2. cut 3 chicken breasts into 9 pieces

  3. Pound chicken to 1/4 inch thick

  4. season chicken with salt, pepper & italian seasoning

  5. coat chicken with flour/parm mixture

  6. add olive oil to a saute pan

  7. heat pan to medium high

  8. cook chicken
