Easy yummy way to get your husband to eat veggies

Recipe Ingredients for Rob's grilled veggies

2 large yellow squash
2 large zucchini
1 small vidalia onion
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons sesame seeds
2 tablespoons soy sauce

Recipe Directions for Rob's grilled veggies

  1. Cut vegetables in long thick lengths so that they hold up well under fire. Put in a bowl with olive oil and soy sauce stir. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and let sit for 5 minutes.

  2. Spray veggie grill pan with a no calorie non-stick cooking spray and toss veggies in. Add butter as the vegetables begin to warm. Cook until veggies are at your desired consistency, or if you add vidalia onions, until the onions become transparent. Toss often to keep veggies from sticking and to toast the sesame seeds.
