Recipe Ingredients for Rob's bean and ham mishmash

6 cups water
8 oz pinto beans
8 oz great northern beans
8 oz ham, 95% fat free cubed
1 large onion, diced
3 tomatoes, diced
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp basil
1 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp salt
4 oz mushrooms, sliced

Recipe Directions for Rob's bean and ham mishmash

  1. Prepare beans as directed on package.

  2. Combine all ingrediants except mushrooms, in a large sauce pan.

  3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer ~30 min.

  4. Add mushrooms and simmer another 10 min.

  5. Serve and enjoy
