Recipe Ingredients for Robin Bean Salad

454 g frozen green beans, blanched
2 tsp olive oil
1 tbsp walnut oil
2 tbsp walnuts, shelled and chopped
1 tbsp vinegar, sherry
1/4 tsp salt, coarse
1/4 tsp pepper, ground

Recipe Directions for Robin Bean Salad

  1. Blanch beans - can use a package of mixed vegatables or beans, winter mix, green and wax beans.

  2. Cool bean or vegatable mix.

  3. Mix spices and oils in a bowl.

  4. Pour spice and oil mix over cold blanced beans and toss.

  5. Serve.
