Recipe Ingredients for Roberta's holiday noodles

32 oz. chicken breasts, boneless
40 oz chicken broth
27 servings amish dried egg noodles (3 pkgs)
1 can evaporated milk
1/2 cup butter

Recipe Directions for Roberta's holiday noodles

Boil chicken breasts in water. Remove chicken and keep water (this is used for the 40 oz chicken broth). Boil broth and drop in egg noodles. Cook until tender. Add chicken and give it a few minutes to reheat. Add evaporated milk and butter. Continue to simmer until juice thickens or add starch.
