Great dig for veggies, crackers, sandwiches. Most delicious hummus I've ever had!!!! The roasted red peppers really give this a GREAT flavor!

Recipe Ingredients for Roated red peper hummus

15 oz chickpeas
1/2 c roasted red peppers
1/4 c tahini
1/2 t cumin
1/2 t salt
2 T water
2 T olive oil
1 T lemon juice
1 garlic clove

Recipe Directions for Roated red peper hummus

  1. In food processor blend checkpeas, roasted red pepper, tahini (sesame paste- I had to go to a health food store for this), cumin an salt together. Add in water, oil, lemon juice, and garlic clove.

  2. Store in airtight container up to 2 weeks in the refrigerator!
