1 cup, sliced Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1 serving Diced Tomatoes

Recipe Directions for Roated Mixed Veggies

Slice and chop veggies, rub lightly with olive oil and seasoning, top w/ drained can of hunts diced tomatoes. Broil for 30-40 minutes. Will add volume not calorie to Jenny Craig meal.
