16 oz Tomatillos
1 pepper Peppers, Jalapeno
4 clove Garlic
0.5 cup Coriander Leaves
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
2 tsp Coarse Salt

Recipe Directions for RoastedTomatillo Salsa

broil tomatillos (husked and washed), seeded jalapeno and garlic. turn once - ensure tomatillos are brown before turning. put everything in a food processor and blend until smooth. use as a topping for chix.
