Recipe Ingredients for roasted zucchini

3 zucchini
1 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder

Recipe Directions for roasted zucchini

  1. Cut ends off of each zucchini, cut them length wise in quarters.

  2. In a oven safe pan place zucchini and drizzle with the olive oil.

  3. sprinkle the pepper and garlic.

  4. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
