Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Yam Fries

16 oz. yams, peeled and sliced
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Recipe Directions for Roasted Yam Fries

  1. Preheat oven to 400.

  2. Cut the yams into 1/2? fries.

  3. Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper and cayenne.

  4. Place on a lightly oiled cookie sheet and bake for 30-45 minutes, when fries are tender and beginning to brown.
