Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Winter Vegetables

260 g (2 sweet potatoes)
1 1/2 cups butternut squash
1 onion
1/2 lbs turnips
3 tbsp vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp thyme
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper

Recipe Directions for Roasted Winter Vegetables

  1. Cut all vegetables into half-inch cubes.

  2. Toss all ingredients together.

  3. Spread on baking sheet and cook until soft, approximately 50 minutes.
