Recipe Ingredients for Roasted winter vegetables

1 cup potato
1 cup pumpkin
1 cup parsnip
1 cup carrot
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
1/4 cup grapeseed oil
3 tbsp rosemary

Recipe Directions for Roasted winter vegetables

  1. Heat oven

  2. Squeeze garlic into oil, add rosemary roughly chopped

  3. Roll vegetable pieces in oil and place on baking tray

  4. Bake until cooked
