Recipe Directions for Roasted Winter Vegetables with Cannellini Beans

Cut up veggies. Toss in EVOO and vinegar. Roast @ 425 for 20 min. Add cabbage. Roast 10 min. Add beans and roast until cripsed, 5-10 min.
