Vegi's to keep on hand for easy side dish.

Recipe Ingredients for Roasted Vegis

2 cup, sliced Squash, Summer, Crookneck And Straightneck
2 ear, medium (6-3/4" to 7-1/2" long) yields Corn, Sweet, Yellow
1 head, small (4" dia) Cauliflower
1 stalk Broccoli
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Sea Salt

Recipe Directions for Roasted Vegis

Slice vegi's sprinkle with olive oil and salt. Cover w/foil and roast for 30 - 40 min at 350.
