toss veggies together with oil, herbs and salt roast till brown

1 onion, roasted
10 baby carrots, roasted
1 zucchini, roasted
1 red pepper, roasted
1 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for roasted vegies

  1. cut veggies

  2. place on cookie sheet

  3. spray with olive oil

  4. bake at 400F for 20-30 min
